AAAI chose to host our inaugural summer symposium series at Singapore EXPO for several reasons. Singapore EXPO is close to the airport, making it easy for our attendees to travel to the conference. The location also has everything we needed in terms of meeting space and amenities for our conference needs, which was not the case for other locations we looked at. Additionally, the inclusive rate with AV, tea breaks, meeting space and more, made budgeting and planning very easy for our team. Working with the Singapore EXPO team went smoothly. The Singapore EXPO team has been amazing to work with for Urgo Medical’s corporate event. The meeting room was large and spacious with the help of Singapore EXPO team’s planning of the table and seating arrangements. The sales manager has been very supportive and accommodating to our requests and providing solutions for any challenges we had. The event manager was also very helpful on the day itself, ensuring that the event was successfully carried out. There was strong technical and IT support for our set-up, with good audio and visual systems installed in the room. Overall, a very pleasant experience for us.
