Terms & Conditions

CAR PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Season parking is only valid for Class 3/3A motor cars. Season parking permits are available to car parks A-H and J only. Entry into other car parks at Singapore EXPO will be charged in accordance with the stipulated parking rates.
  2. Season parking permits are available for purchase (subject to availability) at S$165 per month (including applicable GST).
  3. Application can be made either online through Singapore EXPO’s website at https://www.singaporeexpo.com.sg/ or at the car park station located at Hall 5 of Singapore EXPO.
  4. Payment for the season parking permit may only be made via the following modes:
    • credit card or cash at the car park station located at Hall 5 of Singapore EXPO.; and
    • credit card only for online applications made via Singapore EXPO’s website.
  5. Season parking permits are strictly non-transferable.
  6. Any approval of applications shall be for an entire calendar month. There shall be no pro-rated rate for purchase of season parking permit for a period lesser than the calendar month or refund for any unused period(s) within a month under any circumstances.
  7. Applicants will receive an acknowledgement email after payment has been received. The Management will require at least two (2) working days to programme the applicant’s in-vehicle unit no. (IU) into its car park system. Late renewal of season parking permit shall not entitle the season parking permit holder to a refund of any hourly parking fee paid (if applicable).
  8. The season parking rates offered may be revised at any time by the Management at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Any changes to the season parking rates shall be notified via this webpage.
  9. Other standard terms and conditions on the usage of Singapore EXPO’s car park shall apply. The Management reserves the right to revoke all or any parking entitlements if the Terms & Conditions herein and/or the standard Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.

General 

1.    These Terms and Conditions (“Conditions") shall apply to all persons entering, parking, or otherwise using the car park at Singapore EXPO (the “Car Park”), including holders of season parking permits and non-season parking users. By entering the Car Park or by purchasing and using a season parking permit, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.constellar.co/sg/privacy), which together constitute a binding agreement governing the use of the Car Park between you and Constellar Venues Pte. Ltd. (“CV”).

2.    In these Conditions, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ means CV, its related companies, and/or each of their employees, agents, or independent contractors as the context requires. 

Use of Parking Facilities

3.  The Car Park and the parking facilities therein are provided on an “as-is” basis. CV makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the Car Park, including its suitability for any purpose.

4.  You must comply with all signage and reasonable instructions or requests issued by us while in the Car Park. You must not park your vehicle in a manner that causes any obstruction within the Car Park.

5.  Parking is subject to availability. You shall ensure that vehicles are parked only in designated parking lots.

6.  You may not use the Car Park and/or the parking facilities for any commercial activities.

7.   We may, at our sole discretion, reserve some or all of the parking lots in the Car Park for such purposes that we may designate from time to time. We may also require vehicles in such reserved parking lots to move to a different lot or leave the Car Park (as may be determined in our sole discretion).

8.  We retain the sole discretion to refuse entry any vehicle or person, and/or require any vehicle or person to leave the Car Park.

9.   In the event that you breach any of the provisions set out in Clauses 3 to 8, we shall be entitled to elect to do any of the following, at your costs and expense:

(a)    immobilise your vehicle using a wheel clamp or similar device, and impose an administrative fee of S$109 (for motorcycles) or S$218 (for other types of vehicle) (“Administrative Fee”) for the release of the vehicle (subject to the relevant breach being remedied by you); and/or

(b)    move your vehicle to any other location within or outside the Car Park, as we may determine at our sole discretion.

Parking Fees 

10.   Bringing a vehicle into the Car Park constitutes your agreement to pay the relevant parking charges displayed at the entrance of the Car Park (“Parking Fees”). We reserve the right to revise the Parking Fees from time to time.

11.    In the event that you evade or attempt to evade payment of the Parking Fees, we reserve the right to immobilise your vehicle using a wheel clamp or other similar device. The release of the immobilisation device shall be subject to your payment of the Parking Fees (which shall continue to accrue until the time the vehicle exits the Car Park), plus the Administrative Fee. We shall not be liable to you for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with such immobilisation of your vehicle. We may, at our discretion, move your vehicle to any location within or outside of the Car Park, and you shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by us in connection with such moving of the vehicle.

12.    We reserve the right to prevent your vehicle from leaving the Car Park until all Parking Fees and Administrative Fees are paid in full.

13.    We shall have a general lien over, and the right to retain, your vehicle as a security for any sums which is owed to us by you (“Outstanding Sums”). If any Outstanding Sums remain unpaid after 30 days, you are deemed to have authorised us to sell your vehicle and recover from the proceeds of sale such Outstanding Sums and any costs incurred by us in connection with such sale. In selling the vehicle, we are entitled to proceed in such manner and at such price as we deem fit. 

Liability and Indemnity

14.   To the fullest extent allowed by the law, we shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs, expenses, etc. which may be incurred in connection with (i) these Conditions; and/or (ii) your use of the Car Park and/or any facilities in the Car Park.

15.   You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all damages, losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, administrative fines imposed upon us by any government agency or authority), legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs), expenses, and/or liabilities arising out of or in connection with (i) your breach of these Conditions; (ii) your use of the Car Park and/or the facilities in the Car Park; and/or (iii) or your acts and/or omissions relation to the use of the Car Park and/or the facilities in the Car Park. 

Data Collection

16.   By using the Car Park, you consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data (including, in particular, through CCTV footage), in accordance with our Privacy Policy, for our reasonable business purposes including without limitation:

(a)  to properly operate the Car Parks;

(b)  to ensure compliance with and to enforce these Conditions;

(c)   to address queries we receive in relation to your use of the Car Park;

(d)   to protect the safety and security of our staff and property; and/or

(e)   to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and/or orders of court requiring disclosure of your personal data. 

Others 

17.   These Conditions may be varied from time to time at our sole discretion.

18.   If any provision of these Conditions or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and it shall in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of the remainder of such provision or the other provisions of these Conditions.

19.   These Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Conditions.
