AAAI chose to host our inaugural summer symposium series at Singapore EXPO for several reasons. Singapore EXPO is close to the airport, making it easy for our attendees to travel to the conference. The location also has everything we needed in terms of meeting space and amenities for our conference needs, which was not the case for other locations we looked at. Additionally, the inclusive rate with AV, tea breaks, meeting space and more, made budgeting and planning very easy for our team. Working with the Singapore EXPO team went smoothly. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, especially when we had last-minute requests. AAAI looks forward to the opportunity to hold another conference at Singapore EXPO..

The Singapore EXPO team has been amazing to work with for Urgo Medical’s corporate event. The meeting room was large and spacious with the help of Singapore EXPO team’s planning of the table and seating arrangements. The sales manager has been very supportive and accommodating to our requests and providing solutions for any challenges we had. The event manager was also very helpful on the day itself, ensuring that the event was successfully carried out. There was strong technical and IT support for our set-up, with good audio and visual systems installed in the room. Overall, a very pleasant experience for us.

AIA HYROX Singapore 2025

HYROX returned to Singapore EXPO for the second time, welcoming over 22,000 local and international athletes and spectators. Spanning Halls 3 to 5, Singapore EXPO’s expansive, column-free spaces enabled seamless race flow and clear navigation. Two halls were transformed into the Race Zone, alongside a dedicated Festival Zone, allowing athletes to rest and recharge while delivering a complete race and festival experience.

International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) 2025

Making its debut in Asia, the International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) 2025 was held at our venue from 24 to 28 April 2025, welcoming nearly 10,000 professionals from over 80 countries. Spanning Halls 1 to 4 and multiple meeting rooms, the event showcased the scalability and flexibility of Singapore EXPO. With registrations exceeding initial projections, we worked closely with the organisers and our trusted partner network to swiftly scale up operations, including expanded F&B offerings.

ITI World Symposium 2024

The 2024 edition of ITI World Symposium, a leading implant dentistry event, took place in Singapore EXPO from 9 to 11 May 2024. Our venue’s iconic pillarless and expansive halls offered the ITI World Symposium organisers a blank canvas to bring their event vision to life. This saw them creatively infusing elements of Singapore’s city landscape into the versatile space. Peranakan Courtyard @ FHA-FnB 2024

Building on the success of Beer Yard @ FHA-FnB 2023, Asia’s leading international F&B event returned in 2024 with another innovative networking experience: Peranakan Courtyard @ FHA-FnB 2024. Held in our versatile outdoor atriums, this unique Peranakan-themed event offered foreign delegates a chance to connect in an unconventional setting while immersing themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the Peranakan community.

Space Fest @ EXPO 2023

We created the country’s largest indoor space-themed carnival, welcoming over 200,000 visitors in Hall 6 during the December holidays in 2023. Our collaboration with adjacent consumer shows such as Mummys Market’s Baby Fair through cross-show promotions allowed attendees to make the most of their trip to Singapore EXPO. Specific to Space Fest @ EXPO, our festivalisation partners under the EXPO Advantage Program came together to deliver a month-long festival with rides, games, installations and stage entertainment.

Beer Yard @ FHA 2023, by Singapore EXPO

A standout feature during FHA – Food & Beverage 2023 (FHA-FnB), Asia’s leading international food & beverage trade event in Singapore, was Beer Yard @ FHA, an innovative networking concept beyond the halls of Singapore EXPO. For the first time, the FHA team introduced an outdoor beer and networking space in the venue’s outdoor atriums, elevating the visitor experience. Jointly organised with Singapore EXPO, Beer Yard @ FHA was well received by delegates.
