Terms & Conditions

There are authorized caterers and food & beverage providers who provide food & beverages for events and activities held at Singapore EXPO - (“Authorized F&B Providers”). Event organisers and exhibitors who hold such events and activities at Singapore EXPO are typically required to only appoint such Authorized F&B Providers for events and activities held at Singapore EXPO.

1. No outside food & beverages in Singapore EXPO’s Halls 1-10 & Meeting Rooms
   Outside food and beverages — meaning food and drinks that are not provided from Authorized F&B Providers — are not permitted to be brought into or consumed within Singapore EXPO’s Halls 1-10 & Meeting Rooms except with Management’s prior written consent.

2. No unauthorized catering within Singapore EXPO
   Caterers, food & beverage suppliers, and food & beverage vendors who are not Authorized F&B Providers are not permitted to provide, deliver, or supply food & beverages for any event or activity held at Singapore EXPO without the Management’s prior written consent.

3. No Solicitation or touting within Singapore EXPO
   Unauthorized caterers, food & beverage suppliers, and food & beverage vendors are not permitted to solicit, tout, sell, supply, provide or promote their products or services to any party (i) within or in the vicinity of Singapore EXPO, or (ii) in connection with any events or activities to be held at Singapore EXPO, without the Management’s prior written consent.

4. Singapore EXPO’s right to enforce
   The Management of Singapore EXPO reserves the right to take such steps as it deems necessary to enforce the contents of this notice, including refusing entry to or removing any person or item found to be in breach of the above. The Management shall not be responsible for any losses or injury arising from any activities prohibited under this Notice or any action taken by Management to enforce this Notice.
